The element of cooperation is also noticeably clear in the book named “The Unlikely Team” by Stacey McAlister, where Buddy is a loving farm dog, a wolf named Luka, and a crow named Cora, then they team up to pass the thorns. It is an excellent tale that teaches that when people have a common cause, success shall be achieved, especially when the obstacles that are on the path are imposing.

The book demonstrates that, individually, Buddy, Luka, and Cora have their individual talents that enable them to be more effective as a group. Buddy comes to distract the hunters with his comic mischief, Luka calls on his strength to clear his path in the forest, and Cora proceeds to go out and seek the safest route in the forest. This diversity in skills reminds me that we all have something to contribute to the table, and as a reader, I am notified that most of the time it is through teamwork that people can get it done.

The instructions of “The Unlikely Team” by Stacey McAlister can be used in any number of situations in our lives. Whether at the place of work, inside a sports team or in a community project, teamwork is important in being in a position to overcome such challenges. The struggle of the characters helps in delivering the message of the importance of communication, trust, and exploiting the strength of each member.

Also, the book serves as a wake-up call to the fact that we are not the only ones, and we all need each other to help and guide us. The three are struggling to survive amongst the challenges, and this prompts us to build our relationships and place a sense of belonging. Lastly, “The Unlikely Team” by Stacey McAlister teaches us that together we can do all types of wonders, and the same difficulties we may face are changed to the common good, where we can do things.
